Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements in the event of:

  • Missing, stolen, or lost packages
  • Packages that fail to deliver due to carrier issues or customer providing an incorrect address

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered final.

Defective or Incorrect Products
We will replace items free of charge that are:

  • Defective upon arrival (misprinted, manufacturer errors, etc.)
  • Sent in error (received incorrect items, someone else's order, etc.)

We require photos of the order items that are defective or incorrectly sent to confirm replacements. We do not replace or refund items that are damaged or mishandled during shipping/delivery, particularly for packages sent via standard envelope and stamp (“snail mail”). For the safest delivery, we recommend selecting the tracked shipping option at checkout.

Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, you must contact us before the order has been shipped and/or a tracking number has been issued to correct it.
  • If the incorrect or missing information is not corrected in time, you will need to place a new order.
